Sesame Street

Yesterday morning Lenny was watching Sesame Street while the babies were taking their morning nap. He made sure that he had Elmo, Bert and Ernie so that they could watch it with him. They all looked very comfortable on the couch. That was until Brooke and Nathan woke up. It wasn't long before Lenny was left with just Elmo.



I don't have much more to post today. I just realized yesterday that in one month Brooke and Nathan will turn one. It's really hard to believe. I spent yesterday evening trying to get ideas on what I can do for their birthday. This should be interesting each year for us to make it fun for each of them.

I almost forgot to talk about the play date that Lenny had on Wednesday. I think that Lenny had a good time playing. It wasn't all that I had hoped it would be. I might try the play group a few more times and see how it goes. Other than that, I will definitely attend the monthly MOMs club meetings where they will have activities for moms and kids.

From the Mouth of a Three Year Old

Early this morning I noticed Lenny going in to the bathroom. He had just used the bathroom shortly before that so I asked him what he was doing. He said, "I'm trying to clean my hair. My hair got in slobber." I looked at the side of his head and his hair was soaked. I guess Brooke gave him a kiss or either was trying to bite his ear. She drools all over him when she does that. It was hilarious.
